JIPMER provides a comprehensive range of digital services to enhance patient convenience and streamline healthcare delivery. All services are secured with industry-standard encryption and authentication protocols.

Service Description
Online Registration System (ORS) Book new and follow-up appointments, view visit tokens, check queue status, manage appointment schedules.

Laboratory Reports Access Download and view laboratory test reports online after authorization by the laboratory department.
Access via ORS Portal / HIS Interface.
Radiology Reports Access (PACS) View radiology and imaging reports including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound results.
Teleconsultation Services Virtual consultation facility for remote medical consultations with JIPMER doctors.

Night Shelter Registration Online application system for patient attendants requiring night shelter accommodation.
e-Mortality System Digital mortality reporting and certificate processing system.
e-Confinement System Digital confinement reporting system.

1.2 How to Access Online Services

For New Patients:

  1. Visit https://ors.jipmer.edu.in
  2. Complete new patient registration with required details
  3. Select department and preferred date
  4. Receive confirmation via SMS/email with visit token

For Registered Patients:

  1. Log in using your ORS credentials
  2. Access your medical records, reports, and appointment history
  3. Book follow-up appointments as needed

For Teleconsultation:

  1. Schedule virtual consultation appointment
  2. Join consultation at scheduled time using provided link

  • Internet connection (broadband/mobile data)
  • Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge - latest versions)
  • For teleconsultation: Webcam and microphone enabled device
