Dr. Biswajit D is a member of the postgraduate board of studies – Medicine and Allied Subjects for Medical Oncology at Sri Ramachandra University; Standard Treatment Guidelines for cancer for Hemato-oncology-ICMR; Expert for Tamil Nadu state policy for cancer prevention and care; Member for empanelment of Hospital under PMRS- Inspection Puducherry Government. He is the Deputy Medical Superintendent of the Regional Cancer center block, JIPMER. He is member secretary for Tissue Bio banking , member of the paid pharmacy, and outsourcing of investigations, Member Clinical Advisory Committee of Regional Virology Lab, JIPMER Quality Council, Hospital Information System (HIS Committee), PhD RMC committee, Ayushman Bharath committee ; Nodal officer for the RCC phase 3 project
