In collaboration with the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, JIPSH provides a Master of Public Health Program (MPH) with an annual intake of 34 students. Currently (2025), 224 trainees have been admitted to the course, and the eleventh cohort has been admitted.

The Health Technology Assessment wing has developed a short-term course on “Health Technology Assessment in India (HTAIn) Resource Hub: An Online Course development” to be hosted on the DHR website / iGOT Karmayogi platform, with faculty from JISPH and P&SM as resource faculty for sessions.
