As per D.O. Letter No. V. 15015/14/2025-PH-I dated 21.07.2025 from AS&MD (NHM), the following public information is shared to promote awareness and accessibility to the Tele MANAS Toll-Free Mental Health Helpline.

Tele MANAS (Tele Mental Health Assistance and Networking Across States) is a Government of India initiative to provide free, 24x7 tele-mental health services to all citizens.
